Bob founded the company in 2008 with a revolutionary online marketing product called VideoPilot360 and concentrated on philanthropic support work. His compelling and sensitive video productions for the Airpower Foundation, Sky Ball, American Airlines Veterans Initiatives, Snowball Express, The American Fallen Soldiers Project, The Gary Sinise Foundation, and many other organizations, have earned him praise from military family members who benefit from those philanthropies. His videos are credited for helping motivate patriotic Americans to donate millions of dollars in donations to those organizations and inspiring others to volunteer their time to help.
One particular video produced by Bob was recently responsible for assisting the Independence Corps Foundation, along with inventor, and DEKA Corp. CEO, Dean Kamen, to resume production of the iBOT mobility device, making the next generation of this amazing technology available to those who need it most. Bob and his company were also proudly featured in U.S. Veterans magazine.
Colonel Don “Doc” Ballard, a Navy recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor, is credited for saving several Marine’s lives by jumping on a live grenade and being able to throw it away prior to detonation. Wounded eight times himself, he went on to have a distinguished career as both a police officer and fire fighter after the military.
Colonel Don “Doc” Ballard works closely with the Triumphant Spirit Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization, to raise funds to help off-set the cost of funerals for the Forgotten Veterans Program. In addition, he dedicates time to more than 30 other non-profit organizations that support Veterans and first responders as a board member.
Anthony is a skilled and experienced creative strategist, producer and content creator. Having professionally utilized both the right and left sides of his brain for nearly thirty years, Anthony has successfully developed business and entertainment concepts from inception to execution for a myriad of companies across industries.
Beginning his career as a corporate marketer (Apricot, Inc. and Four M Capital – Buffalo Wild Wings), Anthony went on to lead creative strategy and art direction for a full-service advertising agency (DPA Branding), and eventually founded his own creative agency / production company (Artists Think Tank). His agency marketing clients have included airlines (Northwest Airlines and American Airlines), automotive manufacturers / dealership groups (Volkswagen, Toyota, Chevrolet and Audi), financial institutions (Union Bank, TAPCO Credit Union, DTX Energy Capital and DDI Financial Services), retail manufacturers (Gander Group, Killer Concepts, Ke Spirits, TTI Technologies and Green Beans Boutique), charity organizations (Gary Sinise Foundation, Sky Ball, Kids Vision for Life and Safehaven), health services organizations (Healthcompass, Sona Medspas and Skintastic), and many more.
Proficient in showrunning, screenwriting, art direction / design, storyboarding and production management, Anthony’s passion has always been for content development. Having written, produced, packaged, pitched and product-integrated for television, film and digital video campaigns across genres. Whether working through his own company or with others (Porchlight Entertainment, Trifilm and Perfect Timing Media), Anthony has significantly contributed to concepts that range from dramatic thrillers, sitcoms, sports programming, family fare, reality competitions and educational productions.
As the Executive Producer of Up Late, a sketch comedy & variety television series hosted by Emmy Award winners Pat & Chris Cashman, Anthony ran the most successful show in its category for three record breaking seasons. Anthony is currently writing and producing new scripted and reality series for Weighword Entertainment.
Alan Bijan is an Emmy award-winning filmmaker with over 27 years of experience in the Film & Television industry.
Recently, Alan has produced and directed the feature film “FlipTurn” starring Sheree Wilson and "Ghost of Goodnight Lane" starring Billy Zane. He has also produced, and directed "Bells Of Innocence" starring Chuck Norris, in addition he has produced "Birdie & Bogey" starring Janine Turner, "The Rage Within", "Midsummer", "Everyday Life” and more.
Alan is the Executive Producer and Director of two documentary style series, "World Business" and "America's Very Best," which were broadcast on the Discovery Channel and USA Network (25 episodes). He is the co-producer and DP of an A&E episode of "Biography" on Chuck Norris. FOX Television aired his series "Hot TV," and Verses channel aired two seasons of the sport show "World Combat League." Media World Studio, Alan's production company, is a state of art facility located in Dallas, Texas. His
great passion for filmmaking, creativity, efficiency and expertise have resulted in high quality film and video productions.
Jeremy is a serial entrepreneur who brings major successes in numerous startup companies and is currently the CEO of both Fairly/Unfair Advantages (a national digital marketing consultation firm) and Weighword Entertainment (a television and film production house).

Amin Emam has served as a music producer, composer, audio engineer, music supervisor and consultant since 1994, at Los Angeles-based Perfect Timing Media. He also performed similar functions for Media World Television in Dallas Texas, and currently is the President of 12 Elements Inc.
Amin has produced number of artist and composted over 200 songs and scored number of films and television commercial for CBS, FOX, FOX Sports, Discovery Channel, U.S.A. Network, Versus Network and HBO. As the entertainment business changes over the years because of new technology, Amin has been involved with number of companies to create new creative ways of revenue for new media.
Amin also collaborates and has relationships with numerous Artists, Producers, Songwriters, Record Labels, Publishers and Executives in the music and film industry.
